Living between France and Spain, artist Mathieu Mercier has reshaped a modern home within a 1790 building in Valencia into a space where domestic life and artistic practice intersect. Designed to accommodate both everyday living and frequent visits from artists, curators and collectors, the house explores the relationship between historical structure and contemporary use, positioning architecture as an active framework for work, exchange and display.
